A: When most people pick up a book they look at the front and rear covers before opening and reading the book. Thus, many eBooks
simulate this by placing the rear cover (usually with the specific words "rear cover") on page 2. That way a reader does not have
to scroll all the way to the end of the document to see the rear cover.
Q: What is an eBook?
A: An eBook is a book saved in the form of an electronic PDF file. eBooks are delivered to you via email in an Adobe Acrobat
PDF file. This allows me to keep the book cost lower and to eliminate shipping and handling fees. If your computer is less
than ten years old, you should have Adobe Acrobat on it. However, there's a persistent
rumor that there are still three computers remaining on the planet that do not have this free software.

Q: What is the format size and will I have to waste a lot of paper if I print a copy?
A: These are designed as on-the-counter type paperbacks but have been scaled up to a standard 8 1/2" x 11" format for the
PDF files (a 3 1/2 to 1 ratio). Thus 101 Ways to Modify Land Cruisers & Other SUV's which would have been 186 pages
in book format is rendered as 53 pages in the PDF file. This has two advantages: First, it is easier to read on a computer;
and second, if you desire to print a copy it will take up only 53 pages instead of 186 pages (which would have only filled
up a little more than a 1/4 of the page for book size).

Q: Do you have a hardback version available?
A: Not at this time. If there are enough requests that may become an option at some point. But at this time, if I was to
offer a hardback version the cost would double plus their would be shipping and handling fees. I offer my books in an unencrypted
form so that all purchasers have the option of printing a hard copy on their own computer if they so desire.
